Together we have developed The Collab Group Leadership Programme in Partnership with NCFE. The purpose of this programme is to develop young talent that has been identified by current CEO’s having the potential to become a Principal or a CEO. Through this collective action we will enhance the capacity and capability of our colleges especially the leadership skills of the next generation of our college leaders.
