IEP - Institute of Employability Professionals - is the professional association for the employability profession. Founded in 2011, IEP works to support the continued professional development (CPD) of front-line employability staff, and it represents its members to key influencers and sets the standards for the profession. IEP has members all over the UK and the Republic of Ireland working for leading private, public, and third-sector employers.

Collab Group and IEP will be working together on numerous endeavours. We will be creating ‘thought leadership’ across both the FE and employability sectors. This will be around strategy, policy, and service development. We hope this will enable us to develop policy that will serve both sectors well. Also, we will be hosting joint events, developing a joint network, and coordinating our PR and communications activity. There will also be support for Colleges who are bidding for or already supporting the ‘employability’ sector to utilise areas of learning and networking provided by the Institute of Employability Professionals.
